ANZ sets new low; Are property investors back?

Property investors are said to be returning to the housing market, CoreLogic says but, if they are, it’s not evident in the Reserve Bank’s latest mortgage lending data. [READ ON]
RATE NEWS: ANZ has set a new low for a two-year fixed rate. Its new Special rate sits at 3.59% which is a cut of 16 basis points.
The bank also has a pretty handy one-year fixed rate. See here
