MDRT waives production requirements

MDRT has waived production requirements for its members this year.

Thursday, May 7th 2020, 8:07AM

The global adviser association says that the current pandemic is having a painful, negative and extreme effect on MDRT’s membership, the companies they represent and their clients.

To assist members MDRT is offering the "MDRT Productivity Action Plan, designed to provide a means to requalify for MDRT membership in 2021 and continued access to MDRT’s rich collection of resources, dynamic community and inspiring meetings offerings when they are needed the most."

MDRT is waiving its membership production requirement in 2021 for anyone who was an MDRT member in 2019 or 2020.

The 2021 production requirement for prior-to-2019 members or those applying for the first time will be adjusted based on the 2020 requirement due to the effects of the pandemic.

It is gathering and applying data from globally recognised sources to determine the impact of the pandemic and its effect on national economies and consumers. The adjusted requirements will be announced at the end of May.

MDRT is fiscally sound in this economy and has no plans to increase dues in 2021.
