Wellington hire for Mortgage Express
Mortgage Express has brought in a new adviser in Wellington.

The broker group has appointed Aaron Cohen as a Mortgage Express-branded adviser to serve the outskirts of the capital.
Cohen provides mortgage advice through his company Knowhow Mortgages NZ.
He will provide advice on home loans, construction loans, refinancing, and refixing, and joined on May 15.
The adviser began his career at Prudential and Progressive brokers in 1997, and has worked in various industries over the past 24 years, including a spell as a qualified chef at the Regent Four Seasons Hotel.
He re-joined the financial services sector in 2020.
Cohen said was looking forward to serving the Upper Hutt community and Otaki/Levin regions.
“As a property investor myself, I have first-hand experience overseeing numerous renovation projects, complete rebuilds, as well as selling and buying properties and a completed subdivision. I believe these experiences will add value to my clients, who may be seeking recommendations to achieve their aspirations.”
