TAP adds two
The Adviser Platform (TAP) has added two new hires in operations and support roles.

Pooja Shetty is a senior operations specialist and will play a pivotal role in elevating operational efficiency within TAP and further enhancing the member experience.
Shetty was most recently with the Kiwi Adviser Network. Armed with a background in financial services from advisory, claims, and experience liaising between lenders and brokers, Shetty understands the unique needs of advisers and their businesses.
Meanwhile, Naz Mistry is the new compliance specialist and adviser support person.
Previously from Partners Life, Mistry brings specialist experience in supporting advisers to build their business from the ground up, whilst navigating the industry’s complex regulatory landscape. Her expertise will bolster TAP's commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance and governance support for its members.
