Richard Baker has been appointed general manager, Investment Products in the merged Tower Investment Savings and Tower Managed Funds.
The merged group is headed by Stuart Fish.
Baker was previously the head of private banking for ANZ in New Zealand. He joined Tower in 1999.
Baker will be responsible for the development and marketing of all investment products (unit trusts, group investment funds and superannuation and insurance bonds) and their distribution through financial intermediaries.

The Tower Investment Savings brand to be phased out over the coming months will be replaced by the Tower Managed Funds brand.
Glenn Clark has been appointed general manager, New Zealand, for Tower Trust.
Clark is currently national manager, Corporate Trust, He will report to the Australian-based managing director of Tower Trust, an appointment which is soon to be announced.
