KPMG Legal appoints Simon McArley

KPMG Legal Auckland appoints financial law specialist and Notary Public, Simon McArley.
McArley is a commercial solicitor specialising in companies and securities law, with a focus on banking and public investment markets and a particular interest in securities markets regulation. He moves to Auckland after practising at partner level in Wellington for 10 years. He is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
McArley is convenor of the New Zealand Law Society commercial & business law committee and is a member of the Law Society of England. He has a strong involvement in law reform, industry groups and the New Zealand Law Society, and is currently preparing academic texts in companies and securities law.
