Aaron Hing becomes an adviser

Hing will continue to do Spicer's media work, however the remainder of his role has been taken over by Richard Newell.
Newell's background incorporates a strong knowledge of the international markets, having worked in the UK as marketing director for Forsyth Partners, and as editor of International Money Marketing.
He also worked for the Financial Times and has written extensively on investment and personal finance issues. Most recently he has owned a consultancy company in New Zealand offering services to independent financial advisers.
