Absolute Capital appoints new head of hedge fund investments

Absolute Capital has appointed Andrew Grauberg, PhD as its new head of hedge fund investments.With more than 15 years experience in global financial markets and over eight years hands-on experience in the hedge fund industry, Grauberg holds a MBA and a PhD from the State University in St. Petersburg.
Grauberg has previously held senior asset management positions in Russia, Scandinavia, the UK and Switzerland where he created and managed customised portfolios of hedge funds on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors.
In his new role he will oversee the management of Absolute Capital’s hedge fund products and be responsible for the design and development of other absolute return products.
Grauberg has recently authored a guide to his investment processes and philosophy titled Hedge Funds of Funds: Composition and Risk Management to be published mid 2004 by HedgeFundBooks and will commence employment in June following relocation to Australia.
