Equitable appointments

Equitable has made two internal appointmentsGary Stevens moves from his role as property finance manager to the new role of national business development manager – investments. Stevens has an extensive background in the New Zealand financial services market, including lending, business development and financial planning. He will be responsible for managing the group’s fixed interest and funds management activities in New Zealand with the support of Gordon Rail in Wellington and Peter Rebbeck in Christchurch.
Andrew Mexted-Bragg has been appointed as the group marketing manager. Mexted-Bragg has been with Equitable for the past two years working in the investments business development and marketing area. This new role will see him take responsibility for all of the group’s marketing support activities. Mexted-Bragg brings eight years experience in the New Zealand financial services market to his new position.
