"Paul is the ideal person to progress the Group to the next stage which will enable Terry to concentrate on his new role of Deputy Chairman responsible for strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions," chairman Rick Bettle says. …/2 -2- Cropp says he has long been an admirer of what Dominion Finance has achieved. “I have been very impressed by the way they have progressively built up the business in a conservative and controlled manner and I look forward to the challenge of leading the Dominion Finance Holdings Group to the next level.” Cropp has an MBA from Auckland University as well as a Diploma of Business Finance and is a member of the Government Advisory Group for the review of Financial Services Providers, Member of the Institute of Directors and Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He takes up his position on 9 October 2006.
