Quirk joins Milford

Former Tyndall Investment managing director Anthony Quirk is joining Milford Asset Management as an executive director.
Prior to Tyndall Quirk was the General Manager in charge of ANZ Funds Management from 1993 to 2000.
"We are delighted that Anthony is joining us, given his extensive investment experience and outstanding capabilities," Milford chairman Richard Somerville says. "Milford’s primary objective is to achieve superior investment returns for clients and Anthony is expected to make a major contribution in this area and to the company’s growth strategy. He has also shown his commitment to Milford by taking a shareholding in the company to join myself, Brian Gaynor, Alan Moore and Graeme Thomas as shareholders”. Milford, founded in December 2003, has $245 million of funds under management. Its main focus is to provide a full investment portfolio facility for high net worth individuals on an Individual Managed Account basis.Its executive directors are Brian Gaynor, Alan Moore, Anthony Quirk and Graeme Thomas.
