Fidelity Life makes changes to management team roles

Thursday, June 7th 2007, 12:41AM
Fidelity Life has announced changes to two of the roles within the management team and added a third role.

Roy Norris and Paul Mason will effectively swap roles, with Norris becoming national sales manager and Mason becoming general manager, operations.

Rob Waring, manager of the IT department, has been appointed chief information officer and will also be joining the senior management team.

Fidelity chief executive Milton Jennings says “it’s the best of both worlds - it will be exciting to see the new approaches taken to both roles, whilst retaining Paul and Roy’s skills and experience within the company. The company has a history of stability of staff and having Paul and Roy change roles provides new energy and focus to the management team”.
