The new positions expected to further enhance the strategic and operational performance of St Laurence.
Former Telecom group financial controller Peter Garty (pictured) has been appointed to the role of COO and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of St Laurence.
Garty has a strong background in financial services and "a wealth of operational expertise", St Laurence executive chairman Kevin Podmore says.
"Peter's appointment will allow me to focus more on identifying new opportunities for St Laurence and also enable me to operate at a higher strategic level. It is a pleasure to have Peter on the operational management team and we look forward to benefiting from his significant expertise."
Former AMP Capital man, Andrew Brockway has been appointed manager, strategy and product development.
Brockway brings with him significant experience in product manufacturing having been with AMP for nearly 20 years, and more recently, in a contractual position with AXA specialising in assisting in the PIE regime.
Meanwhile Podmore has been appointed executive chairman of St Laurence Property and Finance following the resignation of general manager Paul Chapman.
Chapman is taking up a position as chief finance officer at Loyalty NZ which runs the FlyBuys programme.
