The Investment Store grows with appointment of new bdm

The Investment Store has announced the appointment of Ed Aitken to the position of business development manager.

Along with Matthew Mimms (Managing Director) and Chris Smith (Business Development Manager), Aitken will be responsible for growing and maintaining The Investment Store's relationships with financial intermediaries around New Zealand on behalf of its fund manager clients.

Hailing originally from the UK, Aitken migrated to New Zealand November 2003, following 14 successful years working in business development and technical support roles with leading UK financial services companies. Since arriving in the country, Aitken had a brief stint at Sovereign working as an investment distribution manager before establishing his own life risk and investment advisory business in Auckland.

The Investment Store is a specialist provider of distribution services to boutique and specialist Fund Managers. Fund Manager clients include Liontamer Investments, Hunter Hall Investment Management and Goldman Sachs JBWere Asset Management (NZ) Limited.
