Robin King and Phillip Bell are the new directors.
Geneva Finance managing director David O'Connell said the appointments were a key stage in Geneva's navigation of New Zealand's presently unstable financial climate.
King was the founder and director of the building services firm Robin King & Associates, which he operated for more than 20 years and remained company accountant after selling out in 1997. He has extensive experience in investment and management, and has held directorships with a number of companies in both New Zealand and Australia.
Bell has 25 years' experience in the banking and finance sector. Since 1996 he has been joint owner of CapitalGroup, which provides advice and invests in New Zealand business and property projects. He has degrees in law and commerce, and previously held positions with Countrywide Bank in New Zealand and Hill Samuel in London.
