Dorchester makes two GM appointments
Dorchester Pacific has appointed two general managers, who replace the previous management team of six executives.

Both roles will report to Executive Director Paul Byrnes who will continue in the Executive Director role on a part-time rather than full-time basis.
Henry Lynch has been appointed general manager group operations and takes up responsibility for all group operations including Dorchester Life, Senate and new consumer and motor vehicle lending. He has managed the Dorchester Life business since October 2006 and prior to that held senior executive and management roles at Tower and Westpac.
Tristram van der Meijden has been appointed general manager Finance and Property with responsibilities for all accounting, finance, IT and property loans. He was chief financial officer at Dorchester in 2006 and 2007 and in 2008 assisted the company in developing and finalising the Deferred Repayment Plan. Previously, van der Meijden spent three years at Grant Thornton and two years in a property and finance role.
