New chair for Hanover group
David Henry has been appointed chairman the boards of both Hanover Finance and United Finance, as well as Hanover Capital.

He was formerly an executive director and chief financial officer of Fisher & Paykel Industries (prior to the Appliances/Healthcare split) and is a director of a number of private companies.
Among Henry’s initial tasks, he will assist in the recruitment of a second independent director.
Hanover and United also announced they have made the first principal repayment to secured investors under the debt restructure plan.
