Thursday, April 2nd 2009, 9:51PM
Greenslade has been in business for himself for the past two years, following a long career with ANZ National Bank in a number of Relationship Banking roles.
The most recent was as managing director Corporate and Commercial Banking, ANZ and National Bank. Prior to this he held several other senior positions within the National Bank and he has also spent some time on the board of UDC.
Greenslade will succeed Brian Jolliffe, who announced his retirement last year. Jolliffe has held the reigns at Marac for the past nine years.
Pyne Gould Corporation chairman Sam Maling said Greenslade will be "leading the team to complete the banking license process and, assuming success, will be the new chief executive of the bank."
