Three changes at Guardian
Guardian Trust has signed up Cathy Stephenson, Stephen Stewart and Philip Morgan-Rees to its national team.

Stephenson has been assigned to the role of national operations manager.
Previously she has been leading change management and project activities at Suncorp and will now have responsibility for the assessment and implementation of changes to the company’s operational areas.
Stewart takes over as head of distribution for the trust and will have responsibility for the leadership and development of the distribution network.
Previously Stewart worked for Suncorp, in senior product and project management roles. He has also held senior management positions with New Zealand Funds Management and Westpac.
Guardian Trust also appointed Morgan-Rees as head of product management and marketing.
In addition to joining the senior management team, Morgan-Rees will continue to hold his existing position as head of product management for Suncorp Investments and Superannuation.
Since joining the Suncorp Group in 2008 from ABN Amro Craigs, he has led investment product management for Guardian Trust, Asteron and Tyndall Investment Management.
