AMP Capital Investors' Philippa Weston has decided not to return to the role of head of corporate services following a break for parental leave, citing plans to develop innovative product solutions independently instead.
Weston, who joined AMPCapital in September 2002, has held a variety of roles within the business solutions and operations teams, including product manager, operational services manager and chief operating officer.
Highlights of her time include development of the Cash Advantage Fund and her role in the growth of AMP Capital's retail investment business. Weston has been on parental leave since June with her resignation effective from October 16.
Jennifer Watt, who has been performing the role of acting head of corporate services, has had her contract extended until January 2010. Watt came to AMP Capital from St Laurence, where she was commercial and legal manager.
