FAANZ appoints Pratley as media spokesperson
The Financial Adviser Associations of New Zealand (FAANZ) has appointed Darren Pratley as its media spokesperson

Pratley is the chairman of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA) and he says he sees strong value in FAANZ and wants to be involved because he can see real value in the changes being made to the industry and he wants to assist in providing consultation to regulators.
He says he will be providing comment to the media in regards to collective thoughts of FAANZ.
"The aim is to be able to provide commentary on topics the industry needs to be aware of and needs to understand."
Pratley replaces Tony Vidler who was at the end of his term as media spokesman and who remains on the board.
FAANZ is an "umbrella" industry association which represents the Life Brokers Association (LBA) Professional Advisors Association (PAA) Society of Independent Financial Advisers (SiFA) and the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA)
