Its been a relatively quiet week in the home loan interest rate market in comparison to the past three weeks. SBS Bank and Southern Cross were the only lenders who made changes this week, which involved cuts to long-term rates for both.
This week in news, the RTA (Residential Tenancies Amendment Act) was passed on Wednesday and the Serious Fraud Office is to investigate allegations against a Blue Chip employee. For more on these stories click here.
