He is excited to be heading back to the Waikato, from where he hails. He and his family will be locating to the region in October to commence his role.
TOWER Health & Life national sales manager Steve Gregory is pleased to see talent coming through the business and is looking forward to the impact Broadbent can make.

Peter Wilkening has been promoted to senior BDM (formerly BDM), where he will continue to serve the Auckland area.
Wilkening joins Phil O'Keefe (senior BDM) and Christine Laverty (key account manager) in sharing the national management of key group relationships at TOWER Health & Life.
Lopes says Wilkening is well thought of among the adviser community.
"With his duties now extending to incorporate a number of important distribution group relationships for TOWER Health & Life, Peter's experience will be a key attribute."
Gary Binnie joins TOWER Health & Life in mid-October in the position of BDM in the Christchurch region.
Binnie is a long-time resident of Christchurch and well regarded in the local financial services industry, with experience in a number of financial institutions including AMP, ANZ, Westpac and Trustbank.
