Diversified creates Advisory Board of Directors
Diversified Wealth Management has created an Advisory Board of Directors to add depth to the corporate aspects of the business.
Monday, December 6th 2010, 6:00AM
The Advisory Board will meet regularly to review and make recommendations on corporate priorities, growth strategies for the company's funds and incremental improvement to services.
Diversified says growth of funds under management and expanding unit-holder registry, now allows the appointment of a formal advisory board and expanding resources will also free technical staff to focus on leading investment strategy and investment implementation.
Diversified says non-executive appointees to the Board each bring valued ‘hands-on' business development experience, along with corporate, industry or financial market skills and expertise.
The company says it is delighted with the calibre and diversity of the Board, and the breadth it will add to the company.
Independent Board members are: Barbara Brookfield, Alan Chisholm and Brian Roulston.
Executive members are Norman Stacey and Vicki Watson. Jess Kerr continues as a key part of the management team.
