Fyfe appointed as Quality Advice Network chairman
Paul Fyfe has been appointed as the inaugural chairman of the Quality Advice Network (QAN), which has been established by advisers with support from AXA to help improve public confidence in the advisory sector.

AXA chief executive Ralph Stewart said the appointment was highly significant for the ambitious new network.
"Paul's extensive industry knowledge combined with his excellent leadership skills make him an excellent inaugural chairman of the QAN Advisory Board," he said.
"Paul's appointment is the next step in ensuring the QAN has leadership, structure, funding and resources to commit to a long term plan of promoting quality financial advice."
"With the advice industry at the front of financial services, it is a perfect position to help make a positive difference to the financial confidence of New Zealanders from all walks of life."
Fyfe is currently a director on the board of SIL and MFL Funds and is the former managing director of ING (NZ) and former chairman of the Investment Savings and Insurance Association (ISI).
