Partners Life New Board Appointment
Partners Life Limited is delighted to confirm the appointment of Joanna Perry (MNZM, FCA, FFin, MA) as a non-executive director to the Partners Life Board.

Joanna is currently a full-time independent, non executive director and/or member of the audit committee of a diverse range of organisations in New Zealand and Australia. These appointments include Deputy Chair of Genesis Energy and independent director of Kiwi Income Property, PSIS, AsureQuality and New Zealand Rowing.
Prior to becoming a full-time non executive director Joanna was a KPMG partner for 18 years and during that time she was the KPMG audit partner responsible for both the Sovereign and Club Life audits.
Joanna has just completed seven years as the chairman of the Financial Reporting Standards Board and was a member of the Securities Commission for 11 years. She is currently a member of the International Accounting Standards Board's Interpretations Committee.
