Plus4 Insurance Group adds one
Plus4 Insurance Solutions (Plus4), the national insurance broking and financial adviser grouphas added a new adviser to its office in Wellington.

Steve Tarpley, (pictured right) an insurance broker and registered financial adviser is the principal of Tarpley Insurances, which he established in 2003. Prior to that, he was a principal of brokerage company Crest Financial Brokers, which he and three other advisers set up 1999. He specialises in providing life, trauma, income protection, health, and fire and general insurance cover.
Plus4's chairman Grant Uridge said, "Tarpley is a well-known and highly regarded insurance adviser with over 30 years' experience."
Plus4 is a cooperative and the only specialist insurance and financial broking firm which is a member of the NZ Cooperatives Association.
Established in 2008 in Nelson, Plus4 now has over 25 advisers working from 10 locations between Whangarei and Invercargill. Group members, who have no affiliations to any specific insurance provider, offer unbiased advice tailored to individual and business clients' requirements.
Plus4 advisers work predominantly with small to medium sized enterprises, their owners and their accountants.
"We are currently in discussions with several other adviser firms, we're not pursuing growth as an end in itself. Instead, we've elected to focus on building enduring client relationships based on well-researched advice to ensure our clients get the best outcomes when it matters," Uridge said.
