Hunter Hall gets new CEO
Australian funds management firm Hunter Hall announced its new chief executive who replaces David Buckland.

David Deverall, who previously headed ASX-listed Perpetual, has been named the new chief executive of ethical investment firm Hunter Hall International.
The former Perpetual boss will start his new position as well as join the company's board of directors on July 30.
"I'm honoured to be joining Hunter Hall, a company with a proud history as Australia's largest dedicated ethical investment organisation with an excellent long-term investment track record," Deverall said in a statement.
"Despite the difficult current market conditions, the fundamentals for the investment industry remain strong and Hunter Hall is well positioned to pursue growth opportunities.
Deverall was chief and managing director of Perpetual between 2003 and 2011. Previously he was Head of the Funds Management Group at Macquarie Bank between 2000 and 2003 and Head of Strategy at Macquarie Bank between 1997 and 2000. He was Chairman of the Financial Services Council between 2007 and 2010 and a director between 2004 and 2011. He is also a Non-executive Director of Charter Hall Group.
