Goldridge's wealth management firm, AIS, has appointed the founder of a listed investment vehicle as its new Investment Manager.

Advanced Investments Solutions (“AIS”) has appointed Andrew Couch to head up the organisation as its Investment Manager replacing Joe Byrne.
Couch has 21 years’ experience as an investment manager and entrepreneur - 12 years in established UK institutions and nine years in New Zealand.
He started his Investment Management career at Fleming Asset Management UK then moving to Portfolio Manager for Guinness Flight’s global equity and bond funds team including leading the asset allocation strategy and managing the growth of these global funds to in excess of $1bn. He then became Head of US and Global Equities for Investec Asset Management’s North American Portfolios, including retail and institutional accounts, and before he immigrated to New Zealand was Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of Newton Investment Management
In New Zealand, he founded Salvus Asset Management and listed Salvus Strategic Investments Limited on the New Zealand Exchange.
