Heartland bank decision pushed back

Heartland says the Reserve Bank's decision on whether or not to grant it a banking licence has been pushed bac.
Earlier it had hoped to have a decision before its annual meeting this Friday. Now it says decision is expected to be known before Christmas.
"The application is complete, and the formal determination process is well advanced." Heartland is not aware of any open issues and knows of no obstacles to a successful outcome
