Fisher Funds gets new board members

Appointees from TSB take their seat at the Fisher Funds board table following buy in to firm.

TSB Bank chief executive Kevin Murphy and director Ann Blackburn and have joined the board of Fisher Funds Management, following the bank's acquisition of a stake in the firm in April.

TSB bought into Fisher Funds, for an undisclosed sum, following Fisher's $79 million acquisition of Tower Investments.

Blackburn gave up her seat on the Forsyth Barr board to join Fisher Funds. Blackburn is also on the boards of the New Zealand Venture Investment Fund, Eastland Group, Fidelity Life and Auckland Council Property.
