What it takes to be the FMA CEO

The search has started for a new CEO at the Financial Markets Authority. Here's what they are looking for:
"A strong, visible leader with a proven ability to build successful teams as well as achieve outcomes through influencing. It requires both excellent strategic skills and operational capability.
"The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an effective Chief Executive or senior manager in financial markets, a financial regulatory body or related organisation. Most importantly they will be attracted to the opportunity to make a real difference to New Zealand, in a role that is critical to the country’s future economic prosperity."
