Changes at Aegis
Peter Dine has taken over as acting head of Aegis following the resignation of Wendy Chandler.

The move comes as ASB starts to integrate the Aegis platform more strongly into its own network including using it within its sharebroking business ASB Securities.
Since resigning Chandler has taken up a business development role with another platform business Amedeus.
Amedeus is run by former Aegis boss Paul Baldwin and is majority owned by interests associated with NZ Assets Management (NZAM). It also has a partnership arrangement with the Public Trust.
NZAM recently also established the Castle Point Funds Management business.
