Kepa has appointed Mike Sweeney to the position of National Sales Manager. Sweeny has been with TNP, one of the two groups which came together to form Kepa, for three years in a business development role.
Before joining TNP Sweeney worked for ACC as a business relationship manager and he had been a BDM at Tower before that.
Sweeney brings a wealth of experience to the role and he is highly regarded by the advisers he has been working with over the years, Kepa managing director Jeff Page says.
Sweeney will be looking after a panel of key adviser firms, the national business development team and the relationships with insurance companies.
Rick Irvine has been appointed to the position of Regional Sales Manager South Island.
Irvine has been an adviser in Christchurch for 11 years, but took a break from the industry three years ago following on from the Christchurch earthquakes.
He is joining Kepa as Regional Sales Manager in the South Island looking after all the former TNP members.
