NZAM has appointed Brigette Arnold to its senior management team.
Arnold, who will have primary responsibility for NZAM client relationship management, comes with a wealth of investor relations and fundraising experience across markets in the UK, Europe, Asia, North America, Middle East and Australasia.
NZAM chief executive, Andy Morris says Arnold’s background in working with a broad range of market participants makes her an ideal candidate to join the augmented NZAM team.
“The present and future needs of our investors sit at the heart of NZAM’s mission statement,” says Morris, “and Brigette’s ability to communicate NZAM’s value and commercial point of difference to existing and new investors makes her a welcome addition.
“We are experiencing good growth in investor numbers and Brigette, like us, firmly believes in strong, face-to-face communication to strengthen these relationships.”
Arnold has worked for 10 years at UK-based MVision Private Equity Advisers, managing private equity fund-raisings for global clients and as the lead relationship manager for Asian, Australian and New Zealand institutional investors.
Since 2011, she has filled senior roles at Fisher Funds and Knox Investment Partners and is a former council member of the New Zealand Venture Capital Association.
NZAM manages a diversified global portfolio of absolute returns investment managers that since 1991 has delivered an annualised average return of 8.03% net of fees to 30 April 2015 on behalf of private and institutional clients.
