Mint appoints chairman
Mint Asset Management has appointed Mark Todd as its chairman.

Chief executive Rebecca Thomas said: "Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to our board and an impressive blend of governance, business and legal expertise. We are delighted to have him on our team.”
Todd was a partner at Bell Gully for 15 years, specialising in regulation of funds management.
He left in 2012 and founded AML Solutions. He was this month appointed to the board of the FMA. He is also a director of Westpac Life.
Mint has more than $300 million in FUM.
The appointment is effective immediately.
