Norris remained with Fidelity Life until 2012 holding a series of senior management roles with the company culminating as Head of Distribution.
“Roy is a highly regarded member of the Plus4 group. With his extensive industry background and the move to running his own agency, Roy brings a fantastic skill set to the Plus4 board," Plus4’s chairman Grant Uridge said.
Established in 2008 in Nelson, Plus4 now has over 30 advisers working from 12 locations between Whangarei and Invercargill. Group members, who have no affiliations to any specific insurance provider, use independent research to identify the solutions that best meet their individual and business clients’ requirements. Plus4 members work predominantly with small to medium sized enterprises, their owners and their accountants.
