Cooper retires from Planet

Gary Cooper has retired from the industry and as a director of the Planet group.

Thursday, October 13th 2016, 6:00AM 3 Comments

He was one of the founding members of Planet Financial Services in 1998 and was well respected for his up-front style. One of his major strengths was his rapport with Planet’s members, ensuring they felt welcome and valued.

Cooper's clients will be looked after by Frank Wood and the team at Forwood For Life Limited.

Planet’s shareholders have elected Michael White of Dunedin as a director in his stead.

He has been in the insurance industry for 21 years and holds a degree from Otago University. He actively participates in swimming and mountain biking.
