nib adds board member
nib has appointed barrister Hanne Janes to its board.

The insurer said, with nearly 20 years’ specialist expertise in the healthcare sector, Janes had an extensive understanding of the New Zealand health landscape including Government policy and funding, healthcare delivery as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.
nib New Zealand chairman Tony Ryall, said Hanne had the skills, experience and knowledge to complement the nib board and add considerable bench strength.
“Hanne has detailed knowledge of how the New Zealand healthcare system works, making her an ideal member of the board as we continue to build upon the success our business has already achieved in New Zealand,” Ryall said.
“Hanne’s experience combined with her strong economic, commercial and legal background make her an ideal candidate to join the nib New Zealand board."
