Kiwibank's chairman and deputy chair have resigned, effective this week.
Monday, April 10th 2017, 9:15PM
Rob Morrison and Rhoda Philippo joined the board in 2011 and 2016, respectively.
Director Susan Macken will be the new chair and the board will look to appoint a deputy.
In a statement, Kiwibank said Morrison and Philippo had led it through a period of significant growth.
"They are stepping down following a transition period that saw new shareholders – the NZ Super Fund and the Accident Compensation Corporation – settle their investment in Kiwi Group Holdings Limited, the owner of Kiwibank, in October 2016."
