Adviser firm chairman retires
The chairman of a major Christchurch investment advisory firm has retired.

Brian Kreft had been with Hamilton Hindin Greene (HHG) for 11 years.
He will remain a director.
HHG said Kreft had extensive involvement in providing advice relating to company funding, business acquisitions, organisational structures, company flotations and prospectuses. He had also given governance advice to a wide range of clients.
Kreft is a former director of Forsyth Barr and helped to establish the listing rules and the market surveillance panel of the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
He is also chairman of Les Mills International and Les Mills Holdings.
Kreft will be replaced by Graeme McLinn, who is currently an independent director.
