Stars align for Constellation Capital

NZ-based absolute return manager Constellation Capital says celebrates its third year in operation with strong returns produced with low volatility and minimal correlation to the sharemarket.
The fund, run by Amelia Wong, has had only seven negative months in three years. It has delivered its initial investors a return of 10.7% annually, net of fees, in the three years to November 30.
"Starting a new fund management business in New Zealand is certainly challenging, but our focus on achieving solid absolute returns through a careful and patient process has paid off for our investors.
“Given the current high valuation of the NZ share market, we’re finding increasing interest from investors looking for solid long term returns, but without the high volatility and risk of large mark-to-market losses that comes with traditional managed funds.”
The Constellation Australasian Equity Fund is only available to wholesale investors in New Zealand and has a minimum investment of $20,000.
