Pluses and minuses from Kiwibank

Kiwibank has cut both its Standard and Special one-year rates by six basis points which puts it in a very competitive position for this term. [See here]
However, it done away with its two-year Special and increased this rate 16 basis points, and left its carded, standard two-year rate unchanged.
