A Tenancy Tribunal adjudicator has ruled that the Salt family not be evicted from the house despite neighbours complaining for a number of years about behaviour of those living at the property.
The adjudicator noted the lack of proper documentation and paper trail from HNZ, citing insufficient, vague and irrelevant evidence from it.
In addition, none of the tenancy managers responsible for this tenancy were at the hearing.
