The sale of its OnePath insurance business to Cigna was finalised on Friday.
Now it has revealed its general manager of wealth products, Ana-Marie Lockyer, is moving on.
A spokesman said she had signalled earlier in the year that she was looking for a change after 10 years at ANZ.
She will finish at Christmas.
Mark Davies has been appointed general manager funds, assuming responsibility for Wealth’s funds product suite, as well as customer experience, insights, reporting and customer communications.
He has been with ANZ since 2011 and for the past year has been head of strategic initiatives. He has extensive experience in the capital markets and funds management industries. Prior to joining ANZ, Davies worked in London for a large hedge fund and investment bank Morgan Stanley.
He starts in the role in December.
