Trustee company adds National Retail Manager

Jennifer Tweed, Perpetual Guardian
Perpetual Guardian has appointed Jennifer Tweed as National Retail Manager.
In her role, Tweed is responsible for the vision and strategies for sustainable, commercial success of the company’s Personal Client Services (PCS) branches/offices, including the New Zealand Trustee Services (NZTS) business. In addition to building on a strong and reputable brand presence, Ms Tweed will provide leadership and management support to the branches, ensuring that each office is set up for sustainable success through employee learning and development, talent retention, engagement and productivity.
She will oversee all 16 Perpetual Guardian branches nationwide: Auckland CBD, Remuera, Takapuna, Whangarei, Napier, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Wellington, Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga, Christchurch, Ashburton, Nelson, Dunedin and Timaru.
With strong leadership skills and a track record of driving sustainable sales and revenue, Tweed has extensive experience in growing and leading teams with a focus on business growth and process improvement, and is known for her pragmatic and commercial approach.
