Kepa appoints professional standards role
Kepa nabs one of Strategi's facilitators to fill profession standards role

Sue Grant has joined Kepa to assist with the development of its professional standards framework. The role is to set, educate and maintain standards of professional practice for financial advice.
Grant is a highly qualified individual who holds an MBA from Massey University, NZ Certificate in Tertiary Teaching, Post Graduate Certificate in Research & Analysis, Masters paper in Health and Safety auditing, Prince 2 Project Management to name but a few qualifications from her CV.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across financial services. Most recently she was the primary facilitator for the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) qualification for Strategi Limited. There her role included; Instructional designer, Facilitator, Workplace assessor and Financial services consultant.
Grant will contract to Kepa to assist with the development and implementation of Professional Standards as a FAP licensee in the areas of lending, personal insurances, business insurances, investments and KiwiSaver. Together with Kepa’s Policy Manuals, these will provide the basis of the FAP Licensee expectations and control environment.
