Fidelity names its top advisers
Fidelity Life has announced the winners of its adviser awards and launched its Customer Engagement initiative for 2021.

The awards recognise advisers’ contributions across a range of categories. The winners are:
- Gordon Watson Trophy - Ross Fowler from Insurance Market, Christchurch.
- Cary Veenhof Service Award – Brett and Niki Stonham from Stonham and Co, Auckland. Awarded to the adviser with the best customer satisfaction scores as identified through our Customer Engagement initiative.
- Emerging Adviser of the Year Award – Joey Gregory from Discovery Financial, Auckland and Franklin/Counties Manukau. This award recognises emerging talent within the industry.
- Fidelity Life Trophy - Chris Aynsley from Aynsley and Associates, Canterbury. This awardrecognises a lifetime of support to Fidelity Life, the industry and community.
Fidelity Life has also launched Customer Engagement 2021, an initiative which recognises advisers who receive the best feedback from customers based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) criteria.
The top 30 advisers and their partners will travel to Hawkes Bay in September, where the adviser with the best overall NPS results will be awarded the Cary Veenhof Service Award for 2021.
