Wednesday, April 7th 2021, 8:12PM
AMP Capital Head of Investment Strategy Greg Fleming has decided to leave AMP Capital as has Investment Research Manager Daniel Mead.
Managing director Rebekah Swan says Fleming has been a key member of the company's investment team since 2016 leading the New Zealand Multi-Asset Group and overseeing the management of AMP Capital’s diversified portfolios.
"I would like to thank Greg for his outstanding contribution to the New Zealand business and our clients," she says.
"Greg is well-known for his expertise, and insightful and engaging commentary, and I am sure he will be missed as a regular presence in our business by both staff and clients alike."
Mead joined the company in 2011 as part of the merger with AXA Global Investors, and has worked alongside Fleming as part of the New Zealand Multi-Asset Group.
His new role is with AMP Wealth Management New Zealand.
Swan says the company is currently working through a transition plan for portfolio management responsibilities following these departures, and a more
detailed update will be provided when this is complete.
