Partner's Life chief of adviser distribution Andries van Graan.
Andries van Graan has been promoted to the position of chief of adviser distribution at Partners Life and joins its executive team reporting to chief commercial officer Tony Arthur.
"As a business, we are focussed on driving growth and looking to manage the world beyond Covid-19, as well as progressing the BNZ insurance acquisition," van Graan says.
"The IFA market has always been at the heart of what we are about.
"Me moving into the exec team recognises the ongoing growth in our business and will ensure that the adviser business continues to grow, which is central to our goals and success."
Van Graan says the IFA market is critically important to the success of Partners Life and his promotion will see him take wider responsibility for progressing critical strategic projects such as IFA related conduct and culture commitments, the customer outcome matrix and FAP override changes.
He says the BNZ insurance acquisition is now in the approval process but will take time.
